This book was written in 2003 and has consistently been a top seller, most likely because of Venuto's no-nonsense approach and his inside knowledge of bodybuilding and the fitness industry.

While anyone can understand the concepts he presents, beginners might need help from a trainer at first to put them into practice, as there are no illustrations or photos inside the book. With that being said, this book goes farther than most others in helping you create realistic goals and successfully achieve them.
